Job Description

Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff. Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process such as creating job postings. Review resumes, interview candidates, and complete background and reference checks. Help a firm discover and keep skilled, motivated workers. They even offer advice and support to employees throughout their employment. Manage employee files, assure compliance with applicable employment regulations, and contribute to a productive workplace. Act as a bridge between employees and employers, ensuring that the employer follows all labor laws and regulations and also provides a safe and healthy work environment for their employees. Deal with internal grievances and conflicts within the workforce as well as external labor matters like union negotiations, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Responsible for responding to employee inquiries, providing counseling, and helping to create a productive and harmonious work environment. Create procedures for dealing with areas such as equal opportunity employment, wage & salary administration, and employee benefits.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
