What You'll Do
As Human Resources Coordinator/ Specialist you will be a key member of the Global Services (GS) Human Resources team and provide HR support to the employee lifecycle for our GBF HR hub teams across multiple functions. Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including session scheduling and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless new hire experience
Conduct HR inductions and oversee the probation evaluation process
Coordinate with support functions to arrange laptops, system access, payroll setup, and other essentials for new hires
Leave management, including portal administration, approve validations, and reporting
Manage the exit process by handling resignations, updating Workday, and completing exit formalities
Serve as first point of contact for employee queries related to policies and procedures
Handle internal communications, including employee announcements and updates
Support internal mobility processes such as IJPs, transfers, and eligibility checks
Participate in and support both internal and external HR audits
Ensure accurate & timely updates of employee data in WD for transfers, exits, and other changes
Generate and support with Workday reports as required.
What You'll Bring
MBA in HR or equivalent
3-4 years' experience in HR-related roles, preferable within a HR Operations/Generalist profiles
Prior experience in a professional services organization highly preferred Knowledge/Skills
Expert in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with HRIS system(s)
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Global experience in the HR field is highly desirable
