Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a smooth experience.
Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Manage employee benefits and compensation structures.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Organize training, development programs, and team-building activities.
Conduct regular performance appraisals and support career development plans.
Prepare HR metrics and reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment data, etc.).
