Plan and execute employee engagement activities to improve morale, motivation, and workplace culture Handle end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring healthy employee relations Support HR initiatives related to retention, performance, and career development Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements Ensure adherence to company policies, HR processes, and compliance standards Assist in HR documentation, reports, and employee data management Support internal communication and HR-driven events or programs

Candidate those who are looking for long term careers in Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition 2-5 Years of experience Bachelor's degree or Post Graduation Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills Good understanding of HR processes, recruitment cycle, and employee lifecycle Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle employee concerns with empathy and professionalism Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS/ATS tools Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory
