Responsibilities / Tasks

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our India HR team. In this role you will be supporting HR Operations with executing employee and manager services with focus on local benefits services, compliance services, health services, grievance services and policy changes. To give you a better picture on the activities we have listed them below.

  • Deliver standard services solve employee and manager issues across the region in accordance to global process and localization for India
  • Execute employee data standards, processes and policies across regional HR operations to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity and customer satisfaction
  • Document process changes and communicate it to all affected interfaces and deliver information for knowledge management and portal
  • Fulfil service level agreements, operational level agreements and other KPI\xe2\x80\x99s, align on appropriate actions if figures are not met
  • Prepare and process required reports, claims, payment and forms related to benefit matters, such as but not limited to health and medical insurance, life insurance, health check-up, annual renewals for employees in India.
  • Vendor Management - Organize monthly communication meeting, handle service execution monitoring & service escalation.
Your Profile / Qualifications
  • Must be amenable to a limited time contract not exceeding 12 months
  • College or university degree preferably in Human Resources, Social Sciences or Business Administration
  • Experience in delivering HR Administration and Data Management services in an HR Shared Services/ Operations environment.
  • Working knowledge in processing benefits for India such as but not limited to health and medical insurance, life insurance, health check-up related benefits is an advantage.
  • Enthusiastic to extend knowledge in HR service management both in terms of business trends and technology trends that influence the area
  • Ability to function autonomously, as well as work in an onsite as well as remote team environment
  • Fluent in English
