What You'll Drive:
- End-to-end hiring and onboarding across multiple geographies
- Implementation of structured HR processes, policies, and performance frameworks
- Development of a cohesive, growth-oriented work culture
- Strengthening our organizational design to support scale
Who You Are:
You thrive on building structure, enabling people, and aligning HR with business outcomes. You enjoy working in environments where speed, ownership, and clarity matter. Experience of 2-4 years in HR is strongly preferred.
