HR Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide friendly and helpful support to end-users, addressing inquiries, offering information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate resources for resolution. Your ability to deliver exceptional service and maintain professionalism will be key to your success.
In this role you will:
xc2xb7 Provide assistance to employees by answering questions and offering guidance on HR-related matters.
xc2xb7 Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department or resource for resolution.
xc2xb7 Perform clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and coordinating with staff.
xc2xb7 Maintain accurate records in adherence to company policies and regulations.
xc2xb7 Support general HR administrative functions as needed.
We are looking for someone who has:
Required Education and Experience:
xc2xb7 MBA in HR or Equivalent
xc2xb7 At least 2 years of experience in an HR support role.
Preferred Education and Experience:
xc2xb7 Experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
xc2xb7 Completion of college coursework in Business or Human Resources.
xc2xb7 Previous experience in a contact centre environment.
xc2xb7 Proven ability to provide administrative and general HR support.
xc2xb7 Exposure to payroll processes in a BPO setting.
