Job Description


The incumbent is participating in strategic HR projects as an HR LMS Solutions Administrator, embedded in a strong team of HR Specialists, proposing answers aligned with best practices. The HR Administrator will implement the training matrix process across Area/Region, through assessing and updating the annual training plan, proposing enhancements to improve the training process, managing e-learning system, supporting worldwide key users. Deep collaboration with the HRIT team is the key to ensure the business needs are translated into correct stories and ensure a proper follow up during the testing and launching phases. Finally, the HR Administrator is playing a crucial role in engaging with the HR community on their HR Digital journey and fostering user adoption within the HR Community. Your day at Ferring Be part of the HR Digital Centre of Expertise and support project leaders on questions concerning project management processes, tools, and templates for HR. Apply and maintain a standard, agile, and best practice methodology for digital projects across the HR teams worldwide. Leverage lean and operational excellence methodologies to drive efficient design. Solution oriented and business outcome driven, build the interface between business stakeholder on the one hand and IT on the other, ensure a proper translation of the requirements maximizes the business value. Lead the LMS training matrix process across Area/Region, through assessing and updating the annual training plan, proposing enhancements to improve the training process, managing e-learning system. Optimize the usage of our learning tools: Design and deliver training material in processes and competencies according to the LMS standards. The HR Solutions Administrator plays a critical role in including best practices on IT and data security. Participate in documenting internal best practices on security and compliance. Digital Engagement: Engage stakeholders in our systems focusing on enhancing user experience, facilitating user adoption, and increasing participation via positive reinforcement and gamifications. Help embed digital and project capabilities into the HR community. Collaborate with the other CoEs to ensure a high quality of training and materials. Ensure proper knowledge transfer via efficient knowledge base management and updates within the HR Academy and HR Solutions Corporate SharePoint sites. Behind our innovation There s you Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years experience in various areas of the Human Resources or Quality function. Tech-savvy: interest and proven track record of the ability to quickly learn and adapt new IT tools. Exposure to Workday, ServiceNow for HR or Cornerstone LMS is a plus. Able to build relationships, to negotiate & influence, and manage change in matrix environment. Proven experience and capabilities in problem solving. Team player, proactive, results oriented and keen on working in cross cultural environment. Fluent in English.
