Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic
HR & Social Media Marketing Executive
to support our human resources operations and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will handle
HR tasks including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance tracking

social media management, content creation, and online branding
for Evergreen Solar.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for solar field, technical, and office staff.
Manage employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance documentation.
Support performance evaluation and employee recognition programs to encourage high performance.
Collaborate with training institutions (e.g., ITIs) for On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.
Promote employee engagement and healthy work-life balance through team activities and wellness initiatives.
Internal Operations & Reporting
Prepare reports, MIS, and trackers for ongoing solar projects.
Maintain internal HR and operational records related to procurement, execution, and logistics.
Support inter-departmental coordination to ensure smooth workflows.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Assist in managing Evergreen Solar's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook).
Create basic content, visuals, and posts highlighting solar projects, client success stories, and educational content.
Monitor engagement metrics and support campaigns to enhance online brand visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement creative digital initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Work Culture
Organize team-building and gamified activities to boost morale and productivity.
Support initiatives that encourage employee motivation, performance, and recognition.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and healthy work environment.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Background:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience (1-4 years) in HR/Admin/Marketing roles, preferably in solar, engineering, or technical sectors.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with design tools like Canva is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Positive attitude, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
