Key Responsibilities:

  • Maturity Assessment:
  • Conduct detailed assessments of HR shared services to determine current maturity levels.
  • Evaluate HR processes, service delivery models, and performance metrics.
  • Identify gaps and areas for improvement in HR shared services.
  • ServiceNow Implementation Assessment:
  • Assess the effectiveness of ServiceNow implementation in HR shared services.
  • Review ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Analyze ServiceNow usage and adoption within HR teams.
  • Reporting and Recommendations:
  • Develop comprehensive reports detailing assessment findings and recommendations.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance HR shared services maturity.
  • Recommend best practices for optimizing ServiceNow implementation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss assessment outcomes and improvement strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Share industry trends and best practices in HR shared services and ServiceNow.
  • Suggest continuous improvement initiatives based on assessment findings.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 8 to 10 years in HR shared services, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing HRSD projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze HR data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist, or other relevant certifications.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of HR best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and mentoring HR teams.
