The HR Services Specialist is responsible for providing centralized human resource services, resolving employee queries and transactions through Service Now and Workday. This role ensures efficient service delivery and a seamless employee experience by leveraging technology and adhering to best practices. This team will be responsible for supporting employees & managers throughout the full cycle of hire to retire. The team member will also be responsible for driving and implementing initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness, build capability and talent of work force and team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Query Resolution: Address and resolve employee queries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the efficiency of HR service delivery.
• ServiceNow Platform Management: Utilize ServiceNow as the primary platform to resolve employee queries and ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Workday Transactions: Manage HR transactions on Workday, including employee data updates, onboarding, offboarding, and other HR processes.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all transactions
• Data Management: Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure the security and confidentiality of employee information.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Centers of Excellence (HR COE) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Reporting: Generate and analyse HR reports to monitor service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Competencies:

• Flexibility to work in afternoon & evening shifts as per Europe & US Time Zone.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems, particularly ServiceNow and Workday.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service orientation and high sense of accountability for closure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Experience and Education Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HR operations/Shared Services role
• Prior experience supporting US-based employees and managers.
• Experience with HR systems, particularly ServiceNow and Workday, is highly preferred.
