Job Summary
The HR Services Officer provides professional HR support and advisory services to internal stakeholders and client organizations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality HR services across COMPAS operations and external HR service provision, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and effective people management practices. The officer works closely with management teams to support workforce needs, implement HR solutions, and address employee-related matters.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Advisory & Support
Provide day-to-day HR advisory services to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support leadership in aligning HR services with organizational and client business objectives.
Assist with workforce planning and organizational structure support as required.
Policy & Documentation Management
Develop, review, and update HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs, and HR documentation.
Ensure HR documents are compliant with labor laws and aligned with organizational standards.
Support implementation and communication of HR policies across COMPAS and client organizations.
Compliance & HR Audits
Support HR compliance activities, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws.
Assist in conducting HR audits to identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in line with legal requirements.
Talent & Employee Lifecycle Support
Support recruitment activities, including job descriptions, screening, onboarding, and offboarding.
Assist with performance management processes, including appraisals and disciplinary actions.
Support learning, training coordination, and employee development initiatives.
Employee Relations
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and clients.
HR Systems & Data Management
Support the use and administration of HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll platforms.
Assist with HR data reporting, including turnover, absenteeism, and workforce metrics.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
