Responsibilities
Resolve employee inquiries through the ticketing system with timely follow-ups, closure, and minimal escalation.
Maintain accurate employee data and support HR transactions across payroll, time, benefits, and global HR processes.
Provide direct support via email and phone while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Assist with HR process execution, documentation, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure standardized and aligned HR service delivery.
* Contribute to system updates, knowledge database maintenance, and support HR program rollouts as required.
