Your Responsibilities

Experience Requirements
6-8 years of HR operations or HR shared services experience.
Client-facing HR experience or HR consulting exposure preferred.
Experience in global delivery environments (onshore/offshore).
Familiarity with regional employment laws and compliance frameworks.
