What would you do?
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams (phone, video, and onsite). Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates regarding interview logistics. Manage scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes efficiently. Ensure all parties have necessary information (resumes, interview schedules, etc.) ahead of time. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate progress. A set of tasks to provide insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, help make data-driven decisions based on the information collected and help HR to move from operational to tactical or strategic partner.
What are we looking for?
Prepare and send offer letters and new hire documentation. Coordinate with IT, facilities, and hiring managers to ensure new hires have necessary tools and access (laptops, accounts, desk setup, etc.). Schedule and facilitate new hire orientation sessions. Maintain and track onboarding checklists to ensure timely completion of all steps. Act as the primary point of contact for new hires before and during the onboarding pro Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, BambooHR). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
