What would you do?

Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services - More into query/case management Manage the labor laws. This encompasses interchanges between an employer and an employee and may include discussions on salary, benefit packages and employee rights.

What are we looking for?

o Lead and coordinate change requests activities including reviewing scope, analyze change impact (update to documentation/existing process), determine testing scope and coordinate UAT/SRT and debrief team prior to go live/move to production o Engage with client stakeholder groups and HRSS in joint reviews when addressing process gaps and impacted documentation updates o Responsible to manage Knowledge Management & Access Management queues and meeting case management SLAs o Responsible to create/maintain and publish HRSS knowledge articles for HRSS o Engage with client stakeholder groups, HRSS and vendors for process improvements initiatives and relevant downstream readiness activities Experience in cornerstone, workday and service now

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems o Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture o You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management o You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments o Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others o In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
