What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services - More into query/case management The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes. o Understand relevant HR and Safety legislation as appropriate and manage cases and inform clients o Understand & perform the full range of Workforce Administration processes (Employee Life cycle) which includes, onboarding the candidate, people movement & benefits administration. o Must have clear understanding of the existing performance metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent o Follow LWIs while processing & highlight any anomalies in LWIs/process documentation to the SME/Leads. o Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls o Participate in Team building activities

Roles and Responsibilities: oIn this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines o Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor o In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks o The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
