What would you do?
Data entry in Human Resource systems (Success factors) and tracking tools. Update HRIS systems, which include, but not limited to internal and client-based applications with HR transactions Receives requests from employees via the client's ticketing tool. Reviews all input to ensure data is compliant with company practices. Communicates with employees to request corrective or additional data and confirm receipt of requests for processing. Analyzes output report to ensure data has been processed accurately, address errors with employees and initiates corrective action. Deliver qualitative output and meet expected standards Adhere to SLAs, KPIs, CPIs set by Client Deliver all services in Spanish language Ability to take calls (Contact Center), with good language and V&A skills Employee Services - More into query/case management Activities, services, and interactions to address the needs, inquiries, and concerns of its customers. It involves establishing and maintaining positive relationships, offering assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively. Customer care encompasses various channels, such as customer support hotlines, email support, live chat, and in person interactions, with the aim of delivering a high level of service and fostering loyalty.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Performs data entry in Human Resources systems, tracking tools and client specific tools Proofs data entry generated within immediate team to ensure quality of deliverables Demonstrates knowledge of Human Resources processes and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities Researches and resolves data entry, discrepancies Reads and understands all communications regarding client and Accenture HR Services processes to remain current with all job responsibilities Participates in cross-functional training to fulfill team backup responsibilities as assigned Refers customers to self-service options as applicable (systems, reports, etc.) Participates in process improvement planning Identifies and escalates complex issues to supervisor Provides operational statistics as requested Completes special projects as assigned Supports and sustains positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior Is receptive to performance feedback and works on improving
