What would you do?

Looking for an experienced Insurance Operations professional with strong knowledge of Mediclaim, Claims, and Employee Insurance processes. The role involves data management, vendor coordination, claims reconciliation, premium support, and MIS reporting YKey Responsibilities: o Handle employee Mediclaim & insurance operations end-to-end. o Manage monthly enrollment updates with insurers/TPAs. o Support premium calculations, policy renewals & endorsements. o Perform monthly reconciliation of payments and accounting data. o Track and follow up on claim settlement SLAs. o Prepare MIS reports and provide ad-hoc data to stakeholders. o Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution. ________________________________________ Skills Required: o 7+ years in CRM Operations / Claims / CRM. o Strong knowledge of Mediclaim / Health Insurance processes. o Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS). o Power BI knowledge is an added advantage. o Excellent coordination, accuracy, and deadline management. o Experience handling multiple vendors and large datasets
