This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Payroll experience into US/UK/International Implement and manage payroll accounting processes and solutions within Workday paltforms.
Process payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, overtime, and deductions. Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management. Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies. Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
