Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented
Senior Recruiter
who can independently manage hiring across multiple functions. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder coordination, and the ability to build deep talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions. You will ensure fast, smooth, and consistent hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Manpower Planning
Work closely with leadership, plant heads, and HODs to understand manpower needs
Prepare & update s aligned with skill expectations and KPIs
Participate in manpower planning and anticipate future hiring needs
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closure
Conduct HR interviews focusing on skills, culture fit, stability & long-term fit
Ensure seamless movement of candidates across all stages without delays
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
Build strong talent pipelines for technical, production, R&D, operations, sales & support roles
Source via job portals, social media, referrals, institutes & competitor mapping
Maintain an active pipeline for recurring and urgent requirements
Agency & External Partner Management
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and track their performance
Ensure partner compliance with hiring standards & timelines
Candidate Engagement & Follow-Up
Maintain structured communication from first contact to onboarding
Reduce dropouts by ensuring clarity, timely updates & engagement
Interview Coordination & Evaluation Support
Schedule technical/panel interviews with stakeholders
Collect structured feedback and support behavioural/competency evaluations
Offer Management & Onboarding Support
Manage CTC fitment, offer roll-outs & pre-boarding coordination
Support HR Ops & Admin for smooth onboarding
Reporting & Process Improvement
Maintain hiring dashboards, TAT reports & pipeline trackers
Share weekly/monthly hiring reports with leadership
Improve hiring speed, quality of hire & candidate experience
Skills & Competencies
? Ability to manage multiple roles across departments
? Strong sourcing, negotiation & communication skills
? Excellent stakeholder management
? High diligence, ownership & consistency
? Experience in plant/manufacturing/engineering hiring preferred
? Proficiency in HRMS/ATS & Excel dashboards
? Strong assessment and cultural-fit evaluation skills
Qualifications
Graduate degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
5-8 years of hands-on recruitment experience across plant, technical & corporate roles
