Responsibilities:
Manage hiring and recruitment process
Handle employee relations and resolve issues
Create and implement HR policies
Manage attendance, payroll, and performance
Support training and employee development
Ensure company rules and labor laws are followed

Strong knowledge of HR processes
Ability to handle people and problems
Basic computer and reporting skills
Experience:
Experience in HR or people management preferred
