HR Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases with accuracy.
Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and leave data.
Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
Conduct joining formalities, exit formalities, and maintain related documentation.
Ensure smooth HR operations and assist management in strategic HR tasks.
Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports, and support audits when required.
Build strong relationships with employees to support a positive work culture.
Skills & Competencies Required
1-2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of HR processes and documentation
Experience with recruitment platforms and MS Office tools
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
