Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions like sales/health consultants
Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Support initiatives to improve employee morale, engagement, and retention.
3. Performance Management
Support managers and employees in goal setting and performance discussions.
Track performance metrics and assist in implementing performance improvement plans.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records in personnel files.
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records in coordination with the finance team.
5. Policy Implementation & Process Improvement
Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
