Below is the detailed :

The Compensation Total Rewards Director / Senior Director influences and drives portions of the NTT Total Rewards strategy aligned to business outcomes and success.

Leads a team of direct and matrixed C&B professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate global compensation policies and programs in support of company objectives and local practices.

Provides senior leadership with ongoing thought leadership, insight, and consultation.

Acts as a thought leader in in the application of technology solutions such as predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation techniques contributing to greater Total Rewards efficiency and effectiveness.

Intimately understands and creatively educates/communicates on market practices/trends impacting our industry and the business.

Leads the team to develop quarterly briefs to highlight trends and encourage proactive business action.

Oversees company market intelligence and the global market pricing process in 40+ countries.

Drives the DEI total rewards strategy through delivery of processes and tools that facilitate the administration of equitable quality programs ensuring a competitive market position.

Supports complex deals and potential acquisitions by evaluating the human capital aspects of a potential deal.

Additionally, acts as the lead Compensation Business Partner for a key Strategic Business Unit(s).

Ensures company compliance with government laws governing compensation practices.

Must possess deep business and financial acumen, executive presence, as well as superior analytical, statistical, and excel/presentation skills
