Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for HR services (recruitment, staffing, payroll, training, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HR requirements.
Pitch HR solutions and services to prospective clients and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the HR operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain and update CRM/records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
Follow up with clients for payment collections as per company policy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in sales (experience in HR/recruitment industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Good understanding of HR services and solutions will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
