Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR services (Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll, Compliance, Training, etc.).
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored HR solutions.
Achieve sales targets by promoting HR services and closing deals.
Collaborate with the HR operations team to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
Participate in networking events, job fairs, and corporate meetings to promote services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / HR / Marketing or related field.
Proven experience (1-4 years) in
B2B sales, HR services sales, or recruitment consultancy sales
.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand HR processes and align them with client needs.
Target-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
