Strong understanding of sales cycles, targets, and performance tracking.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and MIS reporting.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Proactive, process-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fi eld.
2-5 years of experience in Sales HR, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement roles.
Experience supporting fi eld sales and tele-sales teams is strongly preferred
