Job Title: HR Executive / Sales and Marketing

We are looking for an HR Executive who can manage recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate must be people-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling day-to-day HR activities.

Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (screening, scheduling, conducting interviews).

Manage onboarding and documentation of new employees.

Maintain employee records and support payroll inputs.

Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.

Address employee queries and support HR policies implementation.

Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Support HR operations such as attendance tracking, leaves, and compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or relevant field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of MS Office and basic HR tools.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
