Handle end-to-end recruitment -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Support payroll coordination and ensure HR policy compliance.
Coordinate with management for performance evaluations and appraisals.
Sales & Business Development Responsibilities:
Identify potential leads and new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers/clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and client outreach.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, sales, or customer-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and HR management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
