Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

HR & Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position involves handling recruitment and HR functions while also driving sales of training and internship programs.

Roles & Responsibilities: Human Resource Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance Assist with training session planning and internal communication

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients, colleges, and students Promote EduVitae's internship, training, and certification programs Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Represent the company in seminars, webinars, and academic partnerships

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (MBA/BBA in HR/Marketing preferred) 0-2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a target-driven approach Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (if any)

Fixed Monthly Salary (?15,000 - ?22,000 based on skills and experience)
