Oversee the full recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees).
Manage employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and labor laws.
Facilitate employee development and growth initiatives.
Support in employee retention and engagement strategies.
Sales Responsibilities
:
Assist in identifying new sales leads and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Support the sales team in closing deals and managing client accounts.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Proven experience in HR management and sales coordination.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
