Human Resources (HR)
Handle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
Maintain employee attendance & leave records
Support onboarding and documentation of new joinees
Employee coordination and grievance handling
Maintain HRMIS/records and basic payroll support
Assist management in policy implementation and HR operations
Sales & Business Development
Lead generation and follow-ups
Client communication and relationship management
Sharing company profile, quotations, and follow-ups for orders
Achieving monthly targets and reporting sales performance
Maintaining CRM/database of prospects and clients
