End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
Maintain employee records and coordinate HR operations
Handle employee engagement and basic HR policies
Support in payroll coordination and documentation
Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Promote company services/products through digital and offline channels
Manage client relationships and follow-up on leads
Assist in creating marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.)
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Proficient in MS Office, social media, and basic recruitment tools
Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
Salary:
Based on experience + Incentives (if any)
