Positions Open:
1. HR Recruiter (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
Handle bulk hiring, conduct back-to-back interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely closures.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring reports.
Preferred Experience:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in logistics, BPO, or similar high-volume hiring industries is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. HR Intern (Paid Internship)
Responsibilities:
Support the HR team in talent acquisition, screening, and coordination.
Assist with interview scheduling, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Learn and contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment and employee engagement.
Who Can Apply:
Students or fresh graduates interested in building a career in HR.
Candidates with prior HR internship experience or exposure to recruitment are preferred.
