Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Research Analyst to support our team across human resources operations and business research. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, improving HR processes and conducting structured research to support decision-making.

Timings: You will be working UK shift times from 10 AM to 6:30 PM UK Time.

Start at approximately 03:30 pm and finish at Midnight 12 (India Time).

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday plus half days on every alternate Saturday.

Salary:

INR 25000/- to 35000/- per month

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups. Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist in drafting policies, SOPs and HR communication. Support performance management activities and employee engagement initiatives. Handle basic HR queries and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Research & Analysis Responsibilities

Conduct online research across various industries, competitors and market trends. Prepare research briefs, reports and summaries for management. Analyse data to identify insights, patterns and recommendations. Validate information from multiple sources and maintain research databases. Support decision-making with accurate and timely research inputs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Research or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR, research, analytics or similar roles. Strong research, analytical thinking and report-writing abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office / Web Applications. Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently. High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
