HR & Performance Coordinator
who can manage our HR operations, track team performance, and handle basic studio administration with accuracy and professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
Manage attendance and leave records for all employees.
Calculate monthly salaries, deductions, overtime, and incentives.
Prepare and issue salary slips accurately and on time.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Performance Tracking
Collect daily task updates from all team members and log them into Google Sheets.
Track individual and team performance metrics based on pre-defined criteria.
Prepare monthly performance and incentive reports for management review.
Studio & Administrative Support
Oversee basic studio maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs or purchases.
Maintain inventory records for studio equipment and supplies.
Support the management in implementing company policies and processes.
Coordination & Communication
Follow up with employees for pending updates or reports.
Handle HR-related queries from employees with professionalism and confidentiality.
Report progress, issues, and recommendations to management regularly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in HR, office coordination, or similar role. (preferred).
Strong knowledge of payroll calculations and attendance tracking.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic HR software.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
