Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals
, and social media platforms.
Review resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial HR screening.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.
Handle joining formalities and documentation.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Maintain strong employer branding through job postings and engagement.
Required Skills
1-2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (IT / Non-IT).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
