Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, plant operations, and corporate roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, employee referrals, and campus hiring
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews with department heads and plant teams
Manage hiring for blue-collar, white-collar, and technical positions
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases
Negotiate offers, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities
Coordinate with manpower vendors and recruitment consultants
Support workforce planning as per plant and project requirements
Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and company hiring standards
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of manufacturing and plant hiring requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in bulk hiring and technical recruitment preferred
Proficient in job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
