Lead end-to-end recruitment for all school roles - from
Principal and senior leadership
to
teachers, administrative, and support staff
.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Conduct preliminary interviews and schedule advanced rounds with key stakeholders.
Confidently handle
interviews of high-level roles
such as Principal, Vice Principal, and senior administrative personnel.
Coordinate recruitment drives and open house hiring events.
Collaborate with academic and operational heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Maintain recruitment records and generate weekly hiring reports.
Ensure compliance with school policies, safeguarding standards, and hiring protocols.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in recruitment for schools
or educational institutions is
mandatory
.
Strong knowledge of hiring for academic and administrative school roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in interviewing and assessing leadership-level candidates.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. A certification in HR/recruitment is a plus.
