Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the HR database. Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online recruitment platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
