Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated

Recruiter Intern

who is eager to gain hands-on exposure across the complete recruitment lifecycle. This internship is ideal for freshers or recent graduates passionate about HR, recruitment, and IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for various IT positions Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and follow-ups Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports Coordinate with the recruitment team on client requirements and staffing needs Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience Participate in HR initiatives and process improvement activities

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers or recent graduates interested in HR & recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, quick learner with a growth mindset
