Looking for an HR Recruitment Success Team member to support end-to-end hiring operations.
Must be proficient in HR tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS, and sourcing extensions.
Should know how to identify market job openings through boards, trends, networks, and hiring signals.
Able to approach consulting firms to secure job openings and build partnerships.
Skilled in finding accurate POCs using LinkedIn, company websites, and data tools.
Must have prior agency/consultancy experience in sourcing and client coordination.
Must have experience sourcing high-paying candidates (senior-level profiles).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
