We have urgent for HR recruitment Specialist.
experience - Minimum 3 Yr
Location - Surat
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing
Post job openings on job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Source candidates through databases, social media, references, and networking
Build and maintain candidate pipeline
2. Screening & Shortlisting
Review resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews
Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
3. Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate walk-in drives and bulk hiring
Share candidate details and feedback with management
4. Offer & Joining Process
Conduct salary negotiation
Roll out offer letters
Follow up for joining and documentation
Maintain joining tracker
5. Database & Reporting
Maintain recruitment MIS
Update ATS / Excel tracker regularly
Prepare daily/weekly hiring reports
Required Skills:

• Candidate should have experience retail Industtry

Good communication & convincing skills

Ability to handle multiple positions
Time management & follow-up skills
