LyfLeap Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
HR Recruitment Specialist
with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering quality talent to clients across mid to senior-level positions, including leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
from requirement gathering to offer closure.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative channels.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and client expectations.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring stakeholders.
Handle
mid to senior-level hiring
across multiple domains.
Support and assist in
CXO and leadership hiring
assignments (preferred).
Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and compliance with recruitment standards.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of proven experience in
end-to-end recruitment
(agency or corporate).
Strong expertise in
sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
.
Experience handling
mid to senior-level roles
is mandatory.
Exposure to
CXO / leadership hiring
is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, client-focused environment
.
Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
