Roles and Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Manage HR operations including employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures. Support performance management and training initiatives.

Key Skills

Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with HRMS tools and ATS platforms.
