client acquisition and relationship building

? Experience in recruitment, HR generalist, or HR operations

revenue-sharing, performance-based model

What You'll Do
Approach startups and growing companies
Understand their HR needs and propose solutions
Finalize service scope and commercials (with support)
Deliver recruitment and HR services
Build long-term client relationships
Help shape and grow the HR practice
