About part time job/internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from social media platforms
2. Conduct interviews based on job descriptions
3. Post jobs daily, find applicants, track candidates for interviews, and follow up after joining until the lock-in period
4. Conduct telephonic rounds to screen each candidate
5. Achieve a minimum of 5 joinings per month
Requirements: Excellent communication skills are a must, particularly for BPO and non-IT hirings.
