- Skillful in recruiting tailors, multi skilled machine operators, quality checkers, cutters, ironers, house keeping staff etc on a regular basis
- Flair in tamil and Hindi language essential
- Should plan and conduct field visits in potential areas to recruit above professionals on an ongoing basis, retention of workers, knowledgeable in wage structure of above category of workforce, Labour Welfare etc
- Garment industry recruitment Experience mandatory )
- Day shift
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- HR recruitment: 5 years (Preferred)
