Role Overview

The

Talent Acquisition Manager

at Square is responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-performing recruitment function, with a strong focus on

bulk and volume hiring

. This role partners closely with business leaders to attract top-tier and high-volume talent aligned with Square's mission of economic empowerment and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

end-to-end recruitment

for technology, product, operations, business roles,

including large-scale and bulk hiring initiatives

. Design and execute

data-driven hiring strategies

to support rapid growth and

high-volume workforce requirements

. Partner with hiring managers to understand

both strategic and bulk workforce needs

, defining clear role requirements and timelines. Build and maintain

robust talent pipelines

for critical, niche, and

mass hiring

positions. Plan and execute

bulk hiring drives

, walk-in interviews, campus hiring, and virtual hiring events. Strengthen

employer branding

across platforms to attract talent at scale. Manage, mentor, and scale the recruiting team to deliver

speed, quality, and volume hiring outcomes

. Drive

diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)

initiatives across individual and bulk hiring programs. Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and

ATS usage

to support high-volume hiring efficiency. Track and analyze hiring metrics including

time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, offer-to-join ratio

, and candidate experience. Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal hiring policies, and bulk hiring standards.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

6-10 years of talent acquisition experience

, with

proven exposure to bulk/volume hiring

and at least

2 years in a leadership role

. Demonstrated experience hiring for

tech, fintech, or operations-heavy environments

. Strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and influencing skills. Hands-on expertise in

ATS platforms, sourcing tools, recruitment analytics

, and bulk hiring workflows. Strong understanding of modern hiring trends,

mass hiring models

, and candidate experience best practices.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience scaling teams in

fast-paced, high-growth organizations

with recurring bulk hiring needs. Exposure to

campus hiring, vendor-managed hiring

, and multi-location workforce planning. Passion for

inclusive hiring

, employer branding, and high-volume talent acquisition strategies.
